- Leveling is done 100% by HAND
- The person that is leveling your account is located in British Columbia, Canada
- If the account gets banned during your service, provided the reason for account closure is my fault, a 100% refund of the price of service will be given. If the reason for account closure is at fault of the owner of the account, no refund of purchased services will be given. I will not be able to compensate any user with a new account of equal or lesser value.
- If the purchased services cannot be completed for any reason, excluding account closure or suspension, a 50% refund will be given on services.
