Alright so let me start out by saying that Rank 1 might potentially become a very rare thing come next season. With the potential changes to the arena system the amount of toons each season getting rank 1 can potentially go from91-208 to 16. Since nobody will be on a team any longer.
To explain how rare Rank 1 titles are only about 1000 out of the 13 million toons in the United States have a Rank 1 title. They are extremely sought after for not only PvP, but also PvE. Expect to be able to play with whatever team or guild you want to.
