did the payment not go through? it came from my closed bank account with no $$

Karma always comes around punk, you weren't a decent human being and didnt do a simply refund so I could properly send the money, then you get karma..

User Beyonder scammed me today, he used different Skype but i have an addon that detected the IP was the same as his previous skype. Meaning, he didn't use VPN/Proxy.
I am going to submit a police report on Monday.
Be aware trying to deal with the guy. I don't really care about the money, but justice has to be made.

Trade went smooth but honestly this seller is heartless.
Story:
I sent him paypal $7 for the csgo gift.
I notice 10 mins later that I sent it from my closed bank account(I have two bank accounts on paypal because i recently closed one and im in the process of removing it from paypal).
I ask him if he could refund the cash and i'll send back the csgo gift so that i can resend the money using my new bank account because it will charge me $35 overdraft fee from my closed bank account.
he declines and says he doesnt offer refunds.
I was still purchasing the csgo gift, i simply needed to send the money from my new bank account and he refuses, leaving me short $7 and $35 overdraft fee...
