I transfer sum of money. He promised to gave me code. He did. But the code cant be use. Now his number can't be contacted. He bloked me I admit that i was wrong for trusting this man and using whatsapps without middleman services. My purpose to make this comment is not let anyone got scammed...

This person is a scammer. His user on epicnpc got banned for VPN violation, so be aware of him. If you had any contact with him before, do not do it anymore. Got evidence incase its needed.
