Extremely patient!

I had an FC I wanted to trade so I could get back onto Crystal. The Seller was super patient with waiting until the server I was on was no longer congested, which took a few months. Once able to make a character, he was on time with getting the FC traded over at the 30 day mark! Weee has always been a delight to work with and I will always recommend people do so when looking for FC houses!

Purchased medium housing plot FFXIV

I used this seller for an FFXIV house. It worked out exactly the way the seller detail and I got what I paid for in the exact allotted time frame the game allows for plot transfers. I'd use him again. He stayed in communication throughout the process and again during the 30-day wait period.

Perfect Transaction

This transaction could not have gone more smoothly. The seller was very polite and explained the process to me step-by-step. I was also given updates and the seller even threw in a bonus (BIG bonus) for me after the transaction was completed. I am thrilled with my purchase and how easy it was to complete.
 
So if I were to buy, would i need to have my own FC? Or if not do i need to be out of my current one for 30 days? Or is this a straight up FC transfer?
