99% of the accounts I purchased here can modify the email address, but the process of modifying the email address in this game is more troublesome. If you are serious about this issue, you can contact the staff to send you a tutorial.

Seriously don’t purchase from this person. They are being petty towards me because I gave them a negative review because their staff was being rude on their own website when I was asking for help. After I submitted my review, this person messaged me personally and told me they wouldn’t allow me to purchase anything else from them. Just not a nice person to deal with.

Watch out for this users website. The staff or at least the person I talked to on their website was very rude and disrespectful. I don’t recommend their website because if you have any issues with the account you have picked out, then the staff can potentially be pretty rude. Just recently bought 2 accounts from this persons website and staff was rude one of the times and the other I didn’t even bother trying to directly talk to their staff a second time.

I am a seller!
I have never seen such a rude guy before. My website cannot use PayPal, which is a national policy issue. This guy must use PayPal, and he believes that if the website does not provide this payment method, it is impolite to him.

He made no mention of PayPal, though as a seller you look unprofessional with how you responded.
Of course not, because this person is a fraud.
He maliciously left a negative review after being unable to pay through PAYPAL.
This platform is already a useless one. He only needs to perform simple Photoshop editing and send a false bill to the platform. His malicious comments can exist.
This platform will not conduct an investigation because you did not use the platform's intermediaries for trading.
So I have given up on this platform.
I have a question, is it possible to change the email address?

One more thing, if you do have an issue after the sale they WILL ghost you. No matter how much business you do with them. I have purchased many accounts over the years. If I can answer anything else let me know.

They will tell you yes. If it's Gmail you got a chance. But they also use qq.com email addresses which are unavailable to most Western countries because of the security issues with China-based companies. So unfortunately the answer is, it's a crap shoot. I have had them tell me in chat that emails are changeable only to find out it's a qq.com address and is unchangeable/uncreatable. But I have had an occasion where one was Gmail and I was able to create the identical Gmail address. I hope this helps.

I made 2 successful purchases. Recipients should not send e-mail confirmation of the game account without creating an e-mail :)
 
Staff was very rude on their website

The staff was super rude and confusing while I was trying to purchase an account through their website. They seemed to have a lot of weird or different payment options and whenever I tried using one of their payment options and it didn’t work, I was told to figure it out myself by their staff and then they ended the chat whenever I commented on how rude they were being.

I have sent 10 chaser emails/chat messages requesting the log in information for my purchase.

The seller constantly ignores my messages and sends a copy and paste message that they are busy.

This has been happening for over 2 days now.

Poor service and will be contacting my bank very soon to dispute the charge for fraud.
 
Sadly, seller "agreed" for refund after account turned out to have some bad login data, but refund never came, and seller stopped responding.

It makes me sad, especially because i succesfuly bought 5 accounts before that. I have proof of seller accepting refund...

I told this in a thread here and the mod decided to delete it. Scroll and check yourself. Tried to give a warning to others, mod here said since it didn't happen on EpicNPC it didn't matter. Yeah. That makes sense lol. He did bad stiff but not on here, so let's allow him to cause issues here as well lol.
Just a heads up, if you claim the email is changeable, then it is indeed your responsibility to make sure it is actually possible, lest that would be false advertising. Aka, lying.
 
Very bad service, waited more than one day for a single transaction, they kept telling me that my order was shipping but they never really did do anything with it. I steel wanna give a shutout to the previous times i bought in this site, it all seemed to work just fine, but only this time staff was not responding, and my order never arrived, i dont know wether i did something wrong or whatever, i still wanna buy an account, but the website doesnt seem to work for me the account is this one pRhypr327

@VorrenGhost88 please take that we do not moderate the seller's behaviour outside of this forum. As far as we are concerned, this seller does not have any records of negative behaviour within EpicNPC. However we will continue to monitor all sellers/buyers conduct within this forum so as to foster a safe and cohesive community.

This is a great place to find literally any account your looking for! The staff are friendly and patient as well as very helpful. Sometimes you gotta be patient with them but that's just a given with any service. The owner of the site is also a great person to talk to if your having any issues. I would try the staff though first!
