As mentioned, I'm willing to sell my Promo account for Crossout. Promo accounts basically have everything unlocked, however you cannot participate in the market/clan wars to keep the game fair for others.
Promo accounts aren't tied to Steam, they're generated by Gaijin Entertainment themselves, and use their own domain. You cannot change the password or email itself.
