As mentioned, I'm willing to sell my Promo account for Crossout. Promo accounts basically have everything unlocked, however you cannot participate in the market/clan wars to keep the game fair for others. Promo accounts aren't tied to Steam, they're generated by Gaijin Entertainment themselves...
