Selling a large fc plot in the goblet on louisoix. Only accepting gil no RMT. RMT offers will be ignored.

How will the sale work? You will either join the fc on your main or an alt and wait 30 days,once the 30 days has passed we can write up an ingame contract through party chat or fc chat for the agreed upon gil for the ownership of the fc and house attached. Gil will be deposited into the fc chest and then I will pass leadership. There is no way to skip to the 30 day wait. If half the amount is paid upfront I will give full rights to decorate and use the workshop as you wish while we wait the 30 days.
