Never had such conversation in my whole life. I wanted to buy a 30$ db legend fresh account and contacted this seller on discord. At first he seemed kind, worthy of his many positive feedbacks, and he accepted right away to use PayPal as a payment method. The only conditions were using "friends and family" and sending money first, which I agreed. Then he looked at my epicnc profile and saw a negative feed about a fight I had with another seller that scammed me. As he saw that, he told me he couldn't accept PayPal anymore and asked me to pay with "wise" (I have no idea of what that is). I kindly asked him why we couldn't use PayPal anymore. And here are some of his best answers:
-paypal is sensitive
-u can see even a lot of sellers quit paypal
-paypal ban sellers acc regularly
-if u do it on wise，u just need 8 hours to get ur acc，but it‘s not a scam
-i donot even list paypal in my thread (and that's true, but he agreed on using it 2 minutes earlier)
-just cannot do paypal，no reason，dude，what's so complex about it？

And this was the last bs he invented:
-I just need to make sure deal is safe, if this is a scam, I will loss 40$ not only 30$

Basically he told me he was scared to be scammed, even if I agreed for a family and friends payment which is not refundable on my part. he then kept asking me about this "wise" till a point where I lost my patience. And lastly, he blocked me.
I feel fooled and frustrated. I really have no idea of what was in his mind, if he was a scammer he could've easily took my money without problem since I could've not asked PayPal for a refund. Then why did he refuse to take these money and blocked me? It makes my brain boil
