I cannot recommend this service enough. She was patient, hardworking and extremely good at what she does. She worked tirelessly to secure my FC and I a house, logging on sometimes 8-10 hours a day. It took almost two weeks for her to find a plot on such a congested server that I was in (Aether - Siren) and the whole time she was fighting against multiple bots and members of other FC's. The amount of time she has saved me and my FC by extension is more than worth it for what she charges and how hard she works. I think that she is the best person to go for if you are searching for a house in FFXIV, hands down.

Amazing, simply amazing.

Kokoro is just incredible. Without a plot appearing on my server in three days she was able to snag me the first one that did show up after battling no less than 10 others to earn it. I am now the happy owner of a lavender beds small plot :). She is kind and quick to respond and communicates with you throughout the entire process. Well worth the money! I would recommend her to anyone.

As a first time buyer, this was a satisfying experience

As someone from a JP / Elemental server, I've been clicking away my life for several nights. Even losing sleep over it with no success.
Kokoro is very easy to talk to and whenever I needed to login they're just a chat away. They got me the plot in under 48 hours, cumulative.
As I had to login from time to time.

They're very fast with their responses, and answers and clarifies anything I don't understand.

What was a week's worth of farming turned into a day

I've tried for a week. A week of clicking on that placard only to lose out every single time.

I was so damn amazed when I've been notified that a small plot was obtained after pretty much a day! If anyone needs help obtaining a plot, please seek out kokorolove. They keep you up to date and notify you when plots go available.

I've suffered for a week.. and kokorolove has eased the pain hah!

Very diligent and hard working

House hunting in FFXIV is not a joke right now especially if you are on a very populated server. It takes A LOT of effort sitting there for 4-8+ hours during a plot's prime time competing against many people. Kokoro did it though on multiple different plots until the job was done working what would be considered insane hours going after different open lots consecutively. Meanwhile your part is simple in just making a payment and setting up the account to login through chat coordination. Really amazing and I can't thank you enough!

Insanely Friendly and Trustworthy

I placed an order during this auto-demolition disabling fiasco and as soon as the plots started popping up a couple days ago on Adamantoise they were on top of trying to get me a house and keeping me posted about it. It took some time to fulfill the 2nd house for me (personal) as the housing situation was terrible and there no new plots. During this time, my account's password was with the seller and nothing happened. Seller would message you in advance and work with you when the seller can log in. Highly recommended.

I was skeptical with the posting at first; paying money up front to some random with no guarantee, but its desperate times in the housing market requiring desperate measures...
Im glad I took the risk because Kokorolove is legit AF!

Kokorolove worked diligently for over a week. Logging in to check availability, notifying us of vacancy, and then got to work clicking until the plot was sold.
Tried for at least 4 houses putting in a minimum of 50hrs!
Kokorolove didnt have a character to use on our server but made one and pushed it to unlock housing.
We even forgot to pay up front but Kokorolove went straight to work with the first plot that opened anyways!
We paid for the work services of a small but a large opened and Kokorolove went after it without requesting more money up front.
Kokorolove had access to over 50mil FC gil and only used what was required.
