Been trying to practice playing on mobile lately, I don't really care about the skins on the account. The account must be TIER 3 or higher (elk/croc) !!! I am dual faction so I prefer if neither were at tier 1, but I don't mind the grind.
I'd also like to reiterate: I TRULY DO NOT CARE WHICH SKINS ARE ON THE ACCOUNT, but I'd prefer if it was less so I can afford it! I can pay through PayPal or giftcard (CAD or USD)
