-Main Buildings are all 26 except Command Center
-New Town buildings are all 16
-2M each type of T4 troops
-Comes with farm with more than 20 billion RSS (mostly new rss)
-Most of the blue heroes are level 6 stars
-Most of the purple heroes are level 4 or 5 stars
-Mostly rare and special gear for fighting
-Sheriff lvl 60
-Talent lvl 30
-VIP lvl 29
-More than 5 million t3 merc troops for gathering new rss
-2 permanent town skins
-1 permanent sheriff skin

Would you give it away? I lost my 600m account to the original owner stealing it back sadly and I am wanting to get back into the game. Please let me know. Thanks

Sure!

And the farm also unlocked t4s. Both accounts do not have t4 artillery though. I never found them useful. The farm is also TC lvl 26.
The account is in S2. You might not be able to transfer that much rss if you want to move, but you can hope and wish you get S2 included with your target state during Viceroy and you can take the RSS that way (by attacking it til you run it dry).
 
Hi, what state is your TC in and is the $1000 firm?
