How I can recover my account? I keep getting this error always I've wanted to enter to the game. Someone let his account because he sold to me, and until yesterday login bonus worked perfectly. I have almost characters..

I've sent a email to Bandai Namco to resolve this situation. I have the phone of a particular buyer (no from here) and says to me that these error never ever gonna happened to him and it's weird and I have to contact bandai support...

I feel so sad...where I can buy an account if that error pops up one day.. and this is the final of something.... :'(
What is the most trustworthy seller on this page if I play PVP PVP ON EUROPE SERVER.

So I had my account stolen through a gmail I used to sell, I linked to everything and tried linking to 3 different gmails including the one I made my account with (not the the selling gmail) they still got into my account once they noticed it was logged out. I don’t really know what to do can you help?

I think that you’re wrong. You can’t remove the previous social accounts linked by the old owner.
Indeed, if you link another gmail account then the old one will stay linked.

So if I get again this error, I give up for my account? I was really scammed?

1. change the password of your gmail or twitter or anything that linked to the DBL account
2. try to login again tomorrow
3. if it still happen, then the old owner of that account already linked that DBL account to his gmail or twitter or facebook or bandai account (one of this list)
so when you successfull login using gmail, maybe the next few days the old owner try to login again using his twitter or facebook or bandai that linked to that DBL account

ok so the old owner should be linked the account to his gmail or his facebook or his bandai namco account
so when you successfully login on the game
the next 24 hours the old owner will try to login your account again using his gmail or his facebook or his bandai namco account
and there is nothing you can do

that is the only possible case that I can see
but, if you want to more 100% sure, when you successfully login using twitter
then try to link the account to gmail and facebook and bandai namco too
let see if it already linked or not
if you failed to linking the account to gmail and facebook and bandai namco
then I can say 100% the old owner already linked this DBL account to his gmail or his facebook or his bandai namco account

The fact when I received the account is simply:
1) I've paid money.
2) That person gaves me his Twitter. (Enter of his Twitter)
3) Then I linked by my twitter (thanks to him, because he enter to my twitter).
4) He says to return my money back (but it's a trick or he just log in to get the account l? I don't know why... Later when I saw the error, I told him to recover my money, by refund.
5) He accept, never blocked me and the old owner don't know what the error, saying that is gonna weird.
6) I don't know if he is linked to another social media, because only told me that his account is only linked by Twitter.
7) Then yesterday night I've sent a email from bandai and the thing has been stay in that point.
