This is on GLOBAL server with NON RANDOM name and the account is linked the a dummy gmail to which you get full access for 100% safety.
It has all limited including OP SSB and arena favorite Dizzy but also Luna favorite waifu and badass Sol! Also has ML Ken for that OP counter play and F. Cecilia best arena defender (all top defs use her, easy to check in game), basically some of the most badass ML5 you can think of.
