If you paid the scammer with debit or credit card using paypal, call your card company and file a chargeback stating that it is a scam. You got 120 days
Feel sorry for you man, he scam for like $300 per transaction and shamelessly still bumping his thread even after I left a comment on his scam page.

They should use common sense, account likes this one is not going to be cheap
Current bid is $3k, and I already have a buyer *disclosed the name* ,
according to our agreement - he/she will going to buy it within next week,
if anyone is still interested in the account, there is a buy out price I stated above,
please feel free to outbid the current price point *$100 multiplier* or use the buy out option,
I'll be sure to deliver it once we made a deal.

I will not cancel the current bid until you paid for the account, so I will make sure everything is finalized first.
This to prevent someone to just randomly bid and run,
I have a bad experience from that before, so I want to avoid the same situation.
