Support staff replied and yes, I can change the email address associated with the account. I can create another live or outlook.com address and include that in the deal.

I'll send the support team a ticket to see if there is any way to change the email address associated with the account (there is no option on the website to change it manually), but don't hold your breath on it. In the event that they cant/wont change it, I can set up a auto-forward on the emails they send to the mail address of your choosing so you can get any important emails and the like.
(This is literally the first game company I've come across that doesn't have the option to change the account email address)

The account comes with the login credentials (obviously) and everything listed in the Wrath of the God Ultimate Edition Founders pack (Far right side - http://sf.my.com/us/founders-packs). Some of those features will become fully available on the 16th or shortly after OBT starts.
