I'm looking to purchase an account which has has at least 3 out of 4 of these categories:
1. Legendary
2. High Reputation (I'm talking 10k+)
3. Loads of playtime on characters
4. At least one fully skilled character
I'm a very serious buyer who is looking to make a safe deal for both of us, so I hope you understand why all this information I request is necessary. I am genuine about buying and have plenty of feedback on many trading websites including but not limited to:

I am happy to prove ownership to any and all of the above accounts, you can send me a pm and I will reply confirming.
In purchasing this account I will require the following details from you: transferring full ownership of the current Email Address attached to the account (including changing any secret question and phone numbers) as well as providing me with a history of email changes to the ISS account (if any) and provide me with either a screenshot of the original receipt of purchase emailed to you when you first bought the game or just simply the serial key.
Just before we discuss the price, I just want to state three ways in which I would be comfortable buying this account:
1. We have a chat in skype, I send you a message from each of my accounts confirming I am a reputable trader, you feel comfortable going first with the account, I receive full details and then send you the payment.
OR
2. You make a listing on Ebay, which states the account for sale, including screenshots and agreeing to provide all the details I have stated above to the buyer. I will purchase that on Ebay and you will obviously get payment first, however Ebay will take a 9.95% final value fee (something around 10%) and paypal will take around a 2.5% fee I believe from the payment you received. However, I am NOT willing to use Ebay unless you have at least 5+, all positive feedback.
OR
3. We will be using a middleman in the form of one of the most / the most reputable trader on the Infestation trading forums on Elitepvpers (http://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/inf...-ars-shop.html he is the owner of the thread). I presume this will be done like so:
I send $$$ to middle man --> middleman confirms payment received --> you provide full account details to middleman --> middleman confirms the legitimacy of the details --> provides you with the money and me with the details.
I will NOT be willing to use other middlemans on other sites, as I have been scammed by other high feedback members (i.e. Rendual on EPvP) and I have probably bought close to $1000 worth of items from Palerma and I 100% trust him with my money.
Now please do keep in mind, while you make the impression of a legitimate seller, if you are aiming to scam someone, I am not your guy. This is my usual routine when faced with a scam attempt:
1. I will be recording the trade entirely for proof in case the scammer decides to not provide me with the full details I requested or any other shady business to provide to the middle man / paypal / ebay support and will be getting my money back.
2. I have a thorough interest in networking and I will be DDOSing the **** out of the scammer and unless you are rerouting your connection through multiple VPN, no single VPN or proxy connection will save you. Scammer will have to change IPs, but regardless, I will still have his residential address and ISP, which opens up room for blackmailing threats if he does not provide the product I payed for or refund the money.
Please do not take any of what I stated above as a threat, I'm just trying to make it clear that I am not an easy scam target and I do not want to have to waste my time dealing with potential scammers and when we're talking about three digit $$$ purchases I have to take a very serious approach to make sure that both sides get what is agreed to.
Now, in regards to your account, please let me know what exactly is on it, the times played on the characters, the reputation, GC/ZD and any servertime left. I will definitely be willing to pay over $100 for this account and will let you know my exact offer if I know what is on the account.
