Q: What exactly does this service offer?
A: I am offering the ability to change the last name on any World of Warcraft account, I will do it all for you.
Q:Is this legal?
A: Well in terms of US law yes, in terms of the blizzard ToS, no. Every action I take in changing the last name on the account is done with within the boundaries of the United States law. The act in which I due this is by working with blizzard to change the last name on the account, and I can promise once it is change it can never be recalled.
Q:How do you prevent it from being recalled?
A:Well first off the account will no longer be in the other users name, second of all I have my ways so that once the last name is changed, it will never be changed again.
Q: Can I change the same accounts last name twice?
A: No, sadly once I change it there is no way to change it back. I do so in a way that blizzard won't even discuss it, rather dismiss it.
Q:So how do you do it?
A: I keep that rather confidential, I assure you it is not just me who assists in this act, I have looked for a few weeks for the team that it takes to do this. All I can really say is it does involve a lawyer on my end.
Q:Okay what do you need for it?
A:Well before I can do this i need a few things listed below.
1) The battle.net name.
2) The World of Warcraft Account name Pre battle.net. Ex(Doggie101, Bryant9922) or WoW1, WoW2.
3) First and Last name on the account.
4) Secret Question and Answer
5) A clear photocopy ID of the OO of the account.
6) A clear photocopy ID of the person you want the account changed to.
Also, you can add these things listed below to ensure a quicker and safer process.
7) The OO's Address, City,State, Zip Code, Country, and Phone.
Q: How risky is this?
A: Well no too risky, but not exactly candy land either. I just got the final batch of test accounts back and all of the 9 were safe except one. The one in question was notary locked, we are currently not
sure on why that one was locked, however as this service continues we will better know what to do.
Q: What happens if I get notary locked?
A: I notary lock typically requires the Real OO to have a notary stamp the signature to verify that they are the person on the ID. This process is quite bad, because blizzard can lock the account till you
send them a notarized signature. In this case we are currently working on finding a notary. If you are notary locked and we do find a notary, we will unlock the account free of charge, if we are unable to get a notary you will be compensated 100% of the money.
