Hmmm I guess you're right, But thats if they don't remove the gong / items for it in general.

Hope for the best but expect the worse as they say!

Except blizzard already stated they removed all AQ Quests leading up to Scarab Lord in 4.1

Might want to change that.

Already has the scepter. The quests are irrelevant. Does not change that he can still bang the gong and achieve the mount/title. Verified this with several individuals.

Thanks for the heads up though :)
