How to start?
All transactions take place via the EpicNPC chat (TG inbox tab). Once a transaction is started a new chat will be created. The middleman will then join your chat.
PLEASE READ TO AVOID GETTING SCAMMED: We do not use Discord, Telegram or any other instant messaging system. Every step of the transaction will take place on EPICNPC.COM website.
Start a Middleman Transaction
Using the above form, enter the username of the other party you wish to being a transaction with and click the "Begin Transaction" button.
Below is a Quick Guide to explain how the process works:
A transaction is created between the buyer and seller.
The next available MM will then claim (join) the transaction.
The seller can also invite a MM if they wish to use someone specifically.
The buyer or seller have to pay the MM fee.
Fee: $4.95 + 6% of item value.
The seller will then transfer the item or account to the MM.
The MM will update the login info and fully re-secure the account.
The buyer will then send payment directly to the seller using any payment method both parties agree too.
The seller then confirms to the MM they have received payment.
The MM will then transfer the item or account to the buyer and help them re-secure it.
How do we secure a trade?
Every game is different, but in genaral our middleman will take all steps in order to ensure the account is transferred in a safe and secure manner.

The seller provides login data to the Middleman
The middleman will log in to account and check the content to make sure it is exactly what buyer wants to purchase.
Images will be provided to the buyer (with sensitive info censored)
Video can also be provided if requested by buyer
Original Owner Confirmation (if seller claims they're the original owner of the account)
VPN is used if Middleman considers it's necessary

Verification and account securing process done by Middleman
Once the buyer confirms the images match to the account they want to purchase, the middleman will proceed to secure account: this means changing email (if possible), password, unlinking any other platforms, etc. Buyer is also in their right to ask for any other information related to account.

Payment
Once the account is secured, the middleman will instruct the buyer to send payment directly to seller using the payment method of their preference (PayPal, Wise, etc). Once the seller confirms they received the payment, the Middleman will deliver the account to buyer and help them to change information again to resecure it.

Our free service does not provide a middleman or hold the payment.
Our Trade Guardian system performs security checks on the buyer and seller during the process and provides step by step instructions.

Can the Middleman hold the payment instead of account?
Yes, some middleman do, but not all.
What happens if I receive a chargeback from the person who purchased my account/ item/ service
You should report the transaction. You can do this by going to Trade Guardian > History and clicking the "Report" link. Someone will then join the TG chat and investigate your claim.
What happens if I lose access to the account I bought? Am I protected?

Do you use Discord or any other instant message service to conduct Middleman services?
NO. Middleman and EpicNPC staff do NOT use any off-site chat prorams or apps. All communications should remain on EpicNPC.com.
What happens if there's a problem?

Is this any safer than making a sale off-site directly between the buyer and seller?
During the process, the TG system will provide helpful instructions for both the buyer and seller. The system also performs a number of security checks and is significantly safer than completing a sale without it.
