Based on the feedback, the account was sold on Feb 1st, then on Feb 8th he gave you negative saying it was recalled.

Why did you wait almost 2 months to dispute the feedback? Post a screenshot of the Paypal dispute payment, make sure Zbostick's email and date of dispute are visible in the screenshot.

I see he has a 2nd neg feeback, but there is no proof of that comment. I also checked his account and I do not see him linked to any banned accounts.

Are you the OO of the account you sold to Zbostick? Did he contact you after it was recalled for help? If so post the screenshots of that chat.

I didnt care much at the time that is why I never open a dispute.

Im not OO but I know the person who the account belongs to.

He never contacted me for help.

zbostick has been email notified.

The dispute was the same day he claims the account was recalled, so it might be true that the only reason he disputed the payment was because the account was recalled.

It's going to be difficult for you to get the feedback removed if zbostick does not reply. Did you contact the OO after the Paypal dispute to get the account back? Did you get it back? If you did not contact the OO to recover the account, why not?
