This person has registered multiple accounts here as well. All of which have been closed and he was given his last warning not to create any more.

I've done a check on him in the past and did another one just now, but I'm unable to find anything the would suggest he is a known scammer, so his account zackus12 will remain open.

i can only assume that he says his name is different to claim to be the oo, can anything be done about that? impersonation, fraud, just flat out lieing?

yea hes' most likely claiming to be the OO.. but unless that can be verified on him saying " Im oo" and he's not really not much i would say can be done. He is just chaning names on skype frequently which is kind of a red flag but not against forum rules i would believe
