After 1 day he re adds me on skype and tell me he is interested in the trade banned account and wants to buy it.
Everything is going smothly until he tells me he cannot send friends or family payment for some reason.I usually dont accept Service payments but i asked him what country is his paypal from he said he is from CHILLE i then after some hours decide to go along with the deal thinking he wont chargeback scam me or anything.He sends me the paypal money i check the name on paypal is a female name Stephanie Muñoz and the paypal is UNVERIFIED.I asked him he didnt reply much so i went along hopping for the best.After i gave him the account i didnt give him the original email he asked me for the code to login in account.I then realized it said the account is being Logged in from INDIA.I was not fully sure that this is either a hacked paypal or some other suspicious activity is going on as the user was unverified by paypal had a female name said he is from chille and my steam account was being logged in from India so i told him i will wait 24 hours if there is no dispute then i will give him the full info he said he wants the account instant i declined and said i am going to refund your payment and he started abusing me.I received 85$ from him and refunded the 76$ to him and told him i will give the 9$ back when he explains everything to me he then started abusing me alot and gave me -rep for not delivering the account.
Other details / notes: In short he said he was from Chille and cannot send friends and family payment to me through paypal.He sends me paypal from a name of Stephanie Muñoz and he himself was from india.I asked for explaination of how he is in india and is using Stephanie Muñoz paypal he didnt reply about that and demanded an instant account.I told him i will partially refund him and give the remaining 9$ later when he expalins everything he started abusing me and gave negative rep on epicnpc instead of explaining of what i asked of him.
