Write up an invoice

Well I was scammed yet again (shoulda listened to some on MD) by Nightsky4455 or Skillcoil87. I delivered gold as he suggested and he never gave me his account.

In any case, have the potential buyer or seller write you an invoice via email. This invoice, when it's agreed upon by both parties, WILL hold up in a court of law. I am pressing charges against this guy whos number was verified. The local police will call him and tell him he's got felony fraud charges against him for defrauding me out of 230 bucks. If they can't prosecute, I am still fully eligible for a civil lawsuit of which he will have to pay all fines.

GET AN INVOICE written up, it helps. Also the invoice must have the name and phone number of the person dealing with you!!

semi-bump that bro, but you need to be really really careful next time, trading or transacting with someone who is twv is a great advantage to give you assurance that that person will not intend to scam you or anything
