Has anyone gone through this process? It's where the account gets banned for being passed around too much. I'm thinking of filling out the form and sending it through an email.

If you have, how long did it take for blizzard to activate it again?

yes i have gone through this process. i am assuming you just need to send a normal and not notarized ID via mail.

simply fill in the form and check your email and wait (should take 1-2 weeks to be safe)

oh! as a note, do not get the account banned again or blizzard will lock it and require a notarized form to unlock.
