So 2 months ago I traded of a hunter which I wasn't the original owner of. Just a few days ago, apparently the OO recalled it. The guy who I traded with was pissed off ofc. I traded the toon that he gave me off. So I didn't have his toon anymore. He contacts me saying he's going to charge me with fraud and stuff like that. He also starts calling my family members. He said he'd stop if I gave him an account. Its not my fault that the account got recalled. Its a risk he took. So anyway, I gave him my only account to shut him up. He refused to recall his toon for some reason, maybe it wasn't his toon, because he didn't give me the right last name on the account.

Anyway, who was in the right here?

fraud? he's a dumbass cause he traded it away and you can just go to blizz and just have the account banned. screw it no1's right

Well, he was harassing me and my family, so I gave him an account to shut him up. I have nothing anymore. I shouldn't have to pay for someone else.
