hi, just checking if there are specific mm which are better suited to deal with securing specific game accounts?
also how long on average does it take to get hold of one?

All MM process transactions for many different games. I'm sure any MM would be able to do a good job.

Normally it's under 5 mins for a MM to claim and join. However there as some account types where many MM will not claim, so those can take longer or will go unclaimed. Once you start a transaction in the first message there is a list of game accounts that MM will generally not claim.
