Just needed to know the appropriate location before I start working on my Middleman services thread I am going to start offering.

Also, as a proseller am I allowed to use images, colors, fonts, etc. to improve the visual quality of my posts.

You can offer the MM service on your own as long as you're verified. We've never had anyone advertise their MM service when they aren't EpicNPC's official MM though. However, I believe if you would like to do so - Safe buying selling and trading would be appropriate. The MM forum is reserved only for official certified EpicNPC's MMs.

That's correct, any Verified member can offer a MM service on their own, they just won't be posted in the official MM forum until they have 50+ positive feedbacks and are approved by me. The Safe Buying/Selling forum would be a good place to post it.
