What's with all the scammed Gamecards?

I've attempted to buy 60 day gamecards on here a couple of times, and after my first experience refuse to pay before entering the code.

What's with people giving you already used codes?

My experience is if they're selling a code that goes for $30 in stores for $15, it's likely a scam of some sort.

it might work but months later it could get recalled from credit card company

always buy for a "fair" price.
usually if its too good to be true, it problly is.
