I have recently been scammed by WireLink92 out of $40 from my paypal account and im seriously pissed about what happened as I know that many of you legitimate people on this forum have been too, but I am going to share with you exactly what you should do if this has happened to you. I am pretty sure that this is not the forum to put it on, but I know that this is probably going to get the most hits to ensure that the most people will hear and learn from my experience.

So after being extremely mad and scared for the safety of my account, I immediately called paypal and requested that my account be limited so that no more transactions could be made through my account and asked them what to do in this situation and they told me that I should call the local police department to file a police report. I go to the boston police department website and call the station and they tell me to call 911 and file a report with them. The police is much more advanced now and is able to track these scammers down by filing a sopoena to get the paypal information of the scammer and track their personal information through that. This [censored] is going to go down for theft and extortion and is probably going to do time just for trying to steal $40 from me. So for those of you who have gone through what I have gone through, save your chat window, call the police, and let the law deal with this. Though I won't get my $40 back, I feel that getting one less scammer behind bars is totally worth it. Trading accounts is a risky business, but when money comes into the picture, the law is behind you. I hope this thread has helped and that at least someone out there was able to benefit from this.
