I'm sorry about that, but it seems your transaction was created during off hours last night. Sometimes during times like that there might only be 1 or 2 MM online, sometimes none.
We have also been having a problem with the site since Friday night which has been causing slowness, making it harder for MM to check and delaying notifications. I'm sure this contributed to the slow response for your transaction. We believe the issue has been fixed, so hopefully something like this won't happen again.

Yes, DarkTV has completed a few Trade Guardian transactions since then.
