Is western union safe for buying/selling? Or is it safer for the seller, or the buyer, or what?

Safer for seller. Once they get money you cant get it back. It is easier then paypal only in the sense that the seller is more protective if he has good reputation and whatnot.

You have to file for fraud. There is no buyer protection.

Well what would be the best to use? I want to have protection, but I'm sure he does. It seems PayPal is the best, but what is the safest for both of us?
