i remeber this vid funny stuff

Both Judge Judy and Judge Millian are the perfect people to send the young scammers over the past. :) It would do a great deal of justice to have them cry in a courtroom after causing everyone so much heartache they've caused.

Only one problem - they aren't real judges, they are mediators. If the person still refuses to obey the "court", then you have to take them to real court. If a scammer was 17, you could wait 1 year till they were 18. You have 2 years to file a lawsuit.

They both were and still are real judges, they aren't random actors pretending to be judges.
They had to pass the BAR in their respective states and both had years and years of experience.
And, the plaintiff and defendant both had to drop their claim to be able to even appear at the show, they're both real shows with actual cases with actual rulings, they only get paid money to appear on that show.

Both of them are drama-fed courtrooms. I'd rather have them dealt with in a 'real' environment.

Of course, that's why they're on TV and the judges are so animated.
I've seen real judges (not on TV). They're a lot less animated and playful.
I had a ****** teacher that took the class to see a few court cases. Interesting stuff.

Yup, real judges and real courtroom.

The deal was that any judgment actually got paid by the show itself. Good way to get defendants to show up.
That also explains why so many of the cases were personal. i.e. the people knew each other. They both thought it'd be kinda cool to handle it on something like Judge Judy.

Of course they were flashy and dramatic. That's what makes people interested in watching the show.
I've been to regular court rooms and even there a judge can be a bit flashy or personal at times, especially if there's an audience.
Although for the most part, it's a lot less interesting. Small claims is way more entertaining than a criminal court.
