Virtues -- A Clash of Clans Scammer

Please note the following:

-He doesn't want to use a middleman.
-He takes forever to snap a "pic" of his troop layout
-He accuses me of being pushy (clearly defensive)
-He sends me an extremely blurry picture
-He claims his base isn't in a clan, but in the blurry picture the base is in a clan
-The picture he sent me is the same picture in his trade thread, see the similarities circled in red:

If this account was really inactive the 2 day upgrade wouldn't be going on on the gold mine from a picture he uploaded a month ago. Also, note the clan, 2/5 builders, no shield, exactly the same amount of ALL resources etc etc.

Hopefully this is enough proof to get this guy banned.
