Verified Paypal-->linked to bank Account question

If a paypal account is verified and linked to a bank account is it true that you can over withdraw the paypal balance just to have the money withdrawn from bank account.

While I suffer any additional fees if I do this?

Like say I have 20 dollars in paypal and 200 dollars in my bank account linked to my paypal account.
I think buy a wow account for 200 dollars.
Will paypal just automatically take 180 out of my bank with no additional fees? Will I get over withdraw fees from my bank if i do this?

I ask this cause I don't want to have to put money in my paypal account and have it stagnant there. And I dont want to wait 3-5 days every time I want to buy something with paypal.

They dont take fees from pulling from your bank account. but this isnt really the place to ask about that. If you have questions about paypal, i suggest you contact paypal.

Yes you don't need to width drawl anything before the deal.

Just send the payment, and it will automatically use your current balance in your Paypal and width drawl the remainder from your bank. There is no fee's when you width drawl, but there is a fee if you deposit an amount smaller than $150 into your bank (I believe it's 150).
