Verification code everytime i log in

Dear EPICNPC,

I really wanted to know why is it everytime i log into my account it asks for verification code. I tried to make a new account to avoid this code. it got banned so what should i do?
not a big problem actually with this code verification, but is there anything i can do to remove this code request? if i register for a epic verified account, will it keep asking for this code? or the IP is the source of the problem. i used this ISP for years.
i usually open my epicnpc account from my home PC or mobile.

I can see 8 different ip addresses on your account, but thats just on posts and sign up. I cannot see log in records. I am going to have to say i think it is everytime it does this you are showing a different ip. its significant enough to show you are in slightly different parts of Indonesia. The site has a built in feature that will not let you log in to your account from a new ip with out verifying. This really cannot be turned off.

Yes, as doomedtofail stated the site uses an email authenticator anytime your IP address changes. Once you enter the code, that IP address becomes whitelisted. So the reason you're getting it is because your IP is changing everytime you visit the site.

This feature can't be turned off for a single account.

Can you set it to whitelist a browser via some cookie, and not by IP address?
I am having the same problem when using the forum from my phone. It asks me for the authenticator code on every session, sometimes even on page refresh during the same session.

Yes, that's a great idea! We will add a device authentication feature so that once your confirm a device you will no longer be asked for the security code even if your IP changes.

We'll have it ready in a week or so
