Using Trade Guardian to get a Middleman

Hi, been trying to make a transaction with a middle man but I keep getting sent to the "Active Transactions, No results found" page. The buyer is getting the same thing. Is this normal? This is my first time making a transaction using Trade Guardian.

When you created a transaction, a request is first sent to the other party. If they accept, a transaction will be created and will then display on your Active Transaction page. If they reject or ignore the request, nothing will happen.
