Username Change Not Working?

Hello Admin so today i bought the username change but when i go into my Inventory i am only able to see this.

i only get this screen? have i done something wrong?

If I'm not mistaken, after purchasing a name change our admin has to manually name change it for you.

Oh ok, so do i just PM one of the Admin with the username i would like? or how does this work? xD

No, members can change their own name once they buy the item.

I removed the item and added it back and now you can change the username.


Your item had the "active" column checkmarked. When I added a new item, this was not checkmarked.

It almost looks like the item was used, but not used. Did you remember doing anything after purchasing the item?
