Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I don't know this man and haven't talked to him. 1 week ago he gave me a neutral feedback even though there was no transaction made. Five minute later he pm me on this forum and ask some info about my accounts. I made a pictures of this conversation. Try to contact with him and he haven't respond yet.
Other details / notes: Said account was just created this month, maybe just to tarnish others reputation.
