Unbanning services rules update

The mods and I have discussed and voted on the unbanning services that some members are posting and have overwhelming decided to allow the service. However as with leveling services and any other service that requires account information members who offer unbanning services must be Verified.

The concern of fake IDs being used, we already have a strict rule against fake IDs, so we did not want to punish those members who are offering legit unbanning services. Anyone caught offering an unbanning service with fake ID's will be dealt with as per the normal forum rules.

The forum rules have been updated to reflect the change.

• Any type of service that requires you to access the clients personal account to a game (such as World of Warcraft, etc.) requires you to be EpicNPC verified.
• All leveling providers that advertise their services to our members must be EpicNPC verified.
• Anyone offering unbanning services must be EpicNPC verified.
• Displaying a fake EpicNPC image of any kind is grounds for immediate suspension.
