Unable to use more capital letters in thread title

Hi,

For some reason, I'm unable to use more than 1 capital letter in my thread title. No matter how many times I edit it with caps, it always remains unchanged.

As you can see, every letter except the initial first one is lower case. Can you edit it so that it looks like this: Crackshot | Nog Ops | Red Nosed Raider | 30+ SKINS, S2-5 BP + STW [CHEAP]

I believe there is a capital letter limit on thread titles. If you exeed the limit it will lowercase the entire thread title.

I think its too many Special symbols that are non alphanumerical

12 is the max amount of CAPS. After that, it will change everything to lower case. You're way over the limit.
