Insulted and called names for not understanding the leveling process

After buying gold from goldenboost a couple times, I decided to buy power leveling service. I opted for a 48-60 power level at a very reasonable price. They were able to start right away.

I asked the seller if I could play the character outside of leveling, to which he replied it is fine since we are on different time zones. Great!

Now mind you, this is my first time buying leveling services. I paid the $100 to his paypal, and we started.

After finishing for the day, I logged on. All my controls were changed on all my characters. After approaching the seller about this, he claimed that this was normal, and "what do I expect? Booster to play on my setup?" Fair point. Though the tone took me aback. Fine, no worries I'll just reset everything while I play.

Then I realized my whole build was respec'd, something the booster paid with my gold, and I was now expected to respec to be able to play my character.

Now, had I been told this when asking if I could play my toon, it would have been perfectly reasonable. And looking back, it makes complete sense. But when I asked seller if I could have a partial refund as I was unaware I wouldn't be able to really play between leveling, the seller got VERY defensive.

At this point seller has said the following to me:
"You complain about completely stupid things:"
"You are a ****"
"You are a retard"

Mind you, not once did i insult the seller, disrespect them, or call them names. I simply requested a refund of my unused credit towards power leveling.

This seller is downright rude and disrespectful. Fast in providing product, but if you need anything more, be careful.
