Trying to sell a Puzzle and Dragons mobile game help

Hello all Im planning to sell my Puzzle and Dragon account but the game only allows device transfers once a month, I do plan to use paypal for the transaction and a middleman too, but I do not know how such a transaction would go about. Any help or suggestions? Are there any middlemen that will hold payment ($600+) until the account is delivered to the buyer? And if so what would happen if the buyer falsely claims that they did not receive the account and tries to run away with the account while trying to get his/her money back? Thanks!

Could do it over webcam if it has to be done on phone or if u can do it on web you could use screen share software, the buyer has to show him self logging on to the account and if he doesn't assume he got the account and u get the money
