What is the dispute about?

A Fortnite account that I never got, I was scammed. I just wanted the account I paid & traded for, however it was never given to me sadly. They will not give it to me, even in the face of this dispute they will not likely, so I kindly ask the honest seller, buyers & moderators of EpicNPC to report this individual on Paypal, Discord... and as for their EpicNPC account I know it is soon to be banned, as for I am already very much aware the moderators will make quick work of this abomination after investigating further. Thank you.

Money has been on hold in paypal and he disputed it and i told him to cancel dispute and he says he disputed it yet it still remains a case. It may have to do with his country or something
 
Has the money been refunded?
no the money is not refunded and no the money is no longer on hold, if it were on hold they could cancel it and give me a refund but they also won’t do that. it was on hold for 24hrs after i sent it on April 2nd, then they made me wait until April 15th and as you can see they let the cat out of the bag on April 16th. i just want my money back or the account, i sent them the money on April 2nd, this scandal has been going on for nearly a month i want nothing more to do with them but to meet a resolution or seek out consequences for their malefaction. i opened the dispute on April 16th, as i’m sure anyone could understand if you read the chat logs dated on April 16th. they were saying they planned to scam me from the start, and that they had already scammed someone else for $400 on the same account. the dispute case was closed because i canceled it, since they said they would actually do it and only got mad that’s why they said all of that nonsense. so i cancel it and it shows closed on my end on the 16th, but for them it does not. days later it also closes for them, and they cannot send an updated screenshot showing the case is still open, because it is not and i can show it is closed and it has been for over 10 days.
 
do u want me to show u proof that the case is still ongoing? I dont know what you are gaining from this but delays

provide us a screenshot of the case ID and the case status saying open then as of April 27th. you know this falls flat on it’s face right? because it clearly shows the case ID in my screenshot, with the date reported and your email listed lol… if the case was reported on April 16th, paypal would’ve automatically resolved it long before. oh not to mention it literally provides the case status in the screenshot as well, it says closed.

this is not like my proof, so don’t provide these old screenshots or old screenrecording as if it proves the case is open. it does not. the case is gone, it has been for days. even if it wasn’t you could still cancel the transaction and i get my money back, so if this is the case then just cancel it anyways and you can keep your account and we both go our ways and the dispute will be upended and ill adjust my feedback accordingly.

Once we solve this you better not start texting me again asking me for feet or explicit pictures with proof that is me by writing your name on myself. If you do then i'll report ya
 
okay well i suggest you take a new screenrecording showing today’s date and open your your paypal app and click on the case to show it’s details if it’s still active. while you’re at it open your activity feed like in the screenshot i provide, then click on the transaction i sent you, where under it should say money received. upon doing this you can view the transaction like how i am in the screenshots, it should say issue refund. prove it does not say this by clicking on it like i explained and showing it. or wait, better yet, none of that proof actually matters because literally on paypal’s website it states you can refund under these circumstances… in the screenshot i provide paypal’s website effectively says that you can refund even if the funds you received are placed on hold, in fact they actually recommend you refund if you cannot wait out the lengthy and unreasonable 21 days.

“once we solve this” i doubt you’ll come through on your end, i just want my money back or the account i was promised. either or works. i absolutely want nothing else. it’s quite a simple resolution, i prefer to let the moderator/admin decide the appropriate resolution. rather than sitting here talking with someone who’s done nothing but lie to me so far.

The case is still opened on my end so clearly havent gotten the money either, I told u it was pending, It never arrived. So you set up a case while the money still processing so what do u think was going to happen? You being so impatient caused all of this mess
