Transferring character to a new account, different first name but same last name

Hello, I transferred my character from a traded account to a new account with the same last name but different first name. This happened about 5 months ago and I'm just wondering if this will increase my chances in keeping the new account safe from recalls from the OO of the old account. I am also wondering if you can transfer to another bnet, if its got the same last night but not first?

you are able to transfer to another bnet with the same last name but doesnt have to be first
