I just made a btc payment to one of the guardian merchant addresses but the tab closed prematurely and didn't count as paid. I sent the exact amount you requested, I need help.

The tab remaining open is not required. The timer on the bitcoin payment page is only for how long you have to send payment. Once you send it, you can close the window. There is a message below the timer that explains this.

I see your bitcoin payment was already received and the TG transaction was already updated.
