Prices are not normally required in a sale threads, unless the seller links to their website. We are changing this requirement for top up services and all such services are now required to include prices in their thread.
The reason for this change is because top-up service often use illegal methods to provide the service which we do not allow. If a seller does not list prices publicly we can't determine if the method is legal or not. Because of this all top up service sellers must now include prices.
