Attention! Changing your Steam location is entirely your decision. I am not responsible for any partial bans that may occur in the Steam system (you can play games, but you cannot make new purchases). In December 2025, Steam tightened its restrictions on location changes, and even the old method/instructions (don't change your location for 3-4 days, make your first purchase no more than $1, wait 2-3 days, and if you don't get banned, you can make other purchases) have stopped working in some cases. I recommend purchasing Steam cards and gift/retail codes on various websites and then topping up your balance from there.
