Trade Guardian was not used:
If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.

• Proof of sale will be requested.
  • Buyer can show they sent payment.
  • Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
• No further investigation will be conducted.
• Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.

Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.

Buyer has everything changed (email, password, etc) and he complained that everything is changed while i dont have access to it anymore and the EA account is still linked to the same email
